How to register in Relay Health and complete a WebVisit
1. Please click here to register as a patient in Relay Health. When prompted, please select Dr. Emily Queenan as your doctor.
A. Note: To ensure security, Dr. Emily Queenan must Accept your application before your registration will be complete. Please allow up to 24 hours following registration your registration to be processed.
2. Once your account is created, please log-in and review the “Getting Started” email in your Relay Health inbox, Use the “add a family member” link if you will be completing WebVisits for your children, or just go directly to the WebVisit link in the menu on the upper left hand side of the webpage.
3. The WebVisit process will have you answer a questionnaire specific to your identified problem. At the end of the questionnaire, you’ll have the opportunity to review your answers and to add other clarifying information that you would like me to have, as well as your pharmacy data.
4. At the end of the visit, you will be asked for your credit card information if it is not already saved within RelayHealth. The fee for a WebVisit $30; an additional charge for after hours services of $15 will be added for after hours WebVisits. If Dr. Queenan reviews your WebVisit and thinks the problem must be addressed with an in-person office visit, your WebVisit payment will be applied to any applicable co-pays or co-insurance, or will be returned as a credit on your account
5. After Dr. Queenan receives the WebVisit, she will contact you regarding diagnosis and treatment/follow-up suggestions for your medical issues. Dr. Queenan will reply to WebVisits completed within business hours (see the practice website for hours) by the end of the business day, which may not be until the evening. She will respond to WebVisits completed after hours and on weekends by the next business day. For more urgent issues, please reach Dr. Queenan via the 888-494-3064; for after hours concerns, dial priority code 9-1-1 during the voicemail to override the digital voicemail system and be connected directly with her; if appropriate, she may direct you to the Relay Health website to complete an afterhours WebVisit.
