Pay Your Balance Due
You may make a secure credit card payment online through Paypal for your copay and/or fees by clicking the Donate button below. Please enter in the exact amount due in the box under “Donation amount;” the term “donation” is used on the Paypal website in order to allow payments for the different balances due under different insurances. Please do know that this is not a true donation, but rather a payment of your balance due. Thank you.
Virtual Office Visit
In order to provide her patients the care that they need and deserve, all new problems and significant follow-up to chronic problems will be addressed
through either an in-person office visit or a virtual office visit (VOV) via telephone or internet. Details regarding internet VOV are being worked out;
an update will be sent out shortly. Payment for a virtual office visit is typically not covered by insurance, but please contact your insurance provider
directly to check your own coverage; when not covered by insurance, the fee for an internet VOV will be $30, and the fee for a telephone VOV will be
based upon time at $30 for a 15 minute visit and $60 for a 30 minute visit.
